i truly almost gave a good review, but the pool was freezing and the mattress could definitely use some softness. given my status, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but no one seemed to care. breakfast was decent, just don’t expect anything fancy. an absolute disappointment overall!

The location is fantastic, right next to the pedestrian walkway along the beach.
On arrival, the staff was thoughtless, barely acknowledging my presence. The pool was unbearably cold, making it impossible to enjoy. the mattress was extremely hard, which ruined my sleep.

Family with children will enjoy this place
The hotel staff went above and beyond to help my mother who uses a wheelchair, making everything so much easier for us. The meals were not just good, but they had quality dishes like lamb and salmon that really stand out, felt like we were dining at a high-end restaurant.
It wasn’t cheap but worthwhile.

Sunny days in Benidorm ☀️
Waking up to stunning sea views from the massive balcony, brekkie was lekker with Cava! Staff were super friendly, especially chommie at reception who always smiled. Pool area was nice and calm, perfect for chilling after a day at the beach.
Food at the buffet was a bit repetitive, needed more variety for my liking.
